The Nook

The Nook in Glasgow

Overview

A safe space for neurodiverse adults with mental health problems to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

This conversation café is a welcoming space for neurodivergent adults who experience mental health problems. Held at The Nook, it offers a calm, informal setting to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and talk openly at your own pace. There’s no pressure to speak- listening is just as welcome. Come along to enjoy a cup of tea, feel understood, and spend time in a safe, friendly community space where difference is respected and support is shaped by those in the room.

This cafe is for individuals aged 16 and over.
