Carol Morley’s follow up to Dreams of a Life is a feverish exploration of raging hormones and teenage angst set in a girls school in 1969. Generally ignored by her agoraphobic mother, Lydia (Maisie Williams from Game of Thrones) becomes infatuated with her charismatic friend Abbie.
