Sir Tony Robinson, Blackadder’s Christmas Carol
24 November, 2016
Have you met Baldrick? Tony Robinson will appear at GFT in this one-off event, where he will reminisce about the making of popular parody of the Dickens classic, Blackadder’s Christmas Carol, before a screening of the festive special.
Ebenezer Blackadder (the nicest man in England) is visited by the Spirit of Christmas (Robbie Coltrane) and transforms into a bitter and vengeful man. A classic British comedy starring Stephen Fry, Jim Broadbent, Miranda Richardson and narrated by Hugh Laurie.
The talk will be followed by a Q&A and signing. Copies of Tony’s autobiography, No Cunning Plan, will be available on the night from WHSmith.
