The Scottish Writers Centre is hosting four scriptwriting workshops with Gail Winters in September 2025.
If this is something you have always wanted to try then come along and join us within a relaxed and supportive environment. Open to all. Bring a pen, paper and your imagination!
The workshops, which focus on basic scriptwriting skills are limited to 10 participants.
Please note these are not hybrid workshops. 3 in-person workshops and 1 workshop on zoom.

Gail Winters
Gail Winters is a Glaswegian writer of Poetry, Prose and Plays, with some open mic performances thrown in the mix. She has worked in collaboration with Short Attention Span Theatre, Stage to Page Glasgow and Renfrewshire, A Play, a Pie and a Pint, Theatre 118 and was also long listed for the David MacLennan Scriptwriting Award. Her most recent addition has been writing a script for a musical radio show. Gail is also a board member of the Scottish Writers Centre.
