Rear Window – 70th Anniversary

It will come as no surprise that Alfred Hitchcock will feature in GFT’s anniversary year celebrations, with two special screenings of Rear Window on 4K to mark the film’s own 70th anniversary.
James Stewart stars as L.B. Jeffries, a photographer with a broken leg. Bored between visits from his girlfriend Lisa Fremont (Grace Kelly), he begins spying on his Greenwich Village neighbours during a summer heat wave. But he becomes obsessed with what he sees through his rear window when he suspects a murder has taken place.
