We bring the beautiful vibrant colourful Mela to you right in the heart of your local community. Preview the party of the summer before the main event on Sunday 17 July at Kelvingrove Park.
Sunday 22 May – 12 noon to 5pm – Dalmarnock Legacy Hub

First up we visit Dalmarnock Legacy Hub on Sunday 22 May for samba bands, the Desi Bravehearts, delicious food and carnival costume creation workshops leading to a procession finale.
Sunday 29 May – 1.30pm to 4.30pm – Netherton Community Centre

Next up is Netherton Community Centre on Sunday 29 May where we have a whole host of home-grown performances, delicious food and another fantastic carnival procession workshop and performance.
Sunday 10 July – 12 noon to 4pm – Tramway
Tramway 25 Albert Drive | G41 2PE
The final Mela On Your Doorstep takes place at Tramway on Sunday 10 July for traditional rangoli making, jewellery workshops and dance and music performances throughout the day – it promises to be a truly artistic extravaganza.
