Hitsville The Making of Motown Black History Month Glasgow

The first documentary about the iconic label to be made with the participation of the label’s visionary founder, Berry Gordy, Hitsville: The Making of Motown will be an unmissable cinematic event, released during the year Motown Records celebrates its 60th Anniversary. Directed by Gabe and Ben Turner (Class of 92, One Direction: This Is Us), the story is told through new and exclusive interviews with Berry Gordy, many of its superstar artists and creative figures, as well as rare performances and behind-the-scenes footage unearthed from Motown’s vaults and Gordy’s personal archives.
This special preview screening includes footage from the World Premiere, with stars such as Berry Gordy, Smokey Robinson, Steveie Wonder and TJ Jackson.
