GRAY DAY returns for its third year with a day-long celebration and a live event at Òran Mór, featuring readings, music, film and more celebrating the Scottish artist Alasdair Gray.
The annual celebration of the late Alasdair Gray sees writers, artists and readers come together on the anniversary of his masterpiece, Lanark. The night will be hosted by Alan Bissett, with readings from Bernard MacLaverty, Chitra Ramaswamy, Rodge Glass, Michael Pedersen and an acoustic set from Jill Lorean.Gather beneath Alasdair Gray’s celestial ceiling – OranMor’s very own heaven of moons and stars – and celebrate Alasdair with a very special evening of performances.
