Glasgow Film Festival Comes Of Age As First Events Announced For 2025

A Tree Grows In Brooklyn

Glasgow Film Festival  – 26 February to 9 March, 2025

To mark GFF’s 21st edition, the festival’s wildly popular free morning retrospectives will take a look at coming of age in the movies. From 1945 classic A Tree Grows in Brooklyn to Greta Gerwig’s Lady Bird, via Gregory’s Girl, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Boyz N the Hood and Indian masterpiece Pather Panchali, these timeless films explore the giddy highs and mortifying lows of being a young adult.
