Firewalk – fundraiser for Sense Scotland, 1 November, 2014
FIREwalk
Can you handle the heat?
West of Scotland Cricket Club, Peel Street, Glasgow
01 November 2014 6:00pm – 9:30pm
Deposit: £20
Sponsorship Target: £150
Could you walk barefoot across red hot embers with temperatures up to 800°c?
Of course you could!
This is your chance to achieve what doesn’t seem possible, increase your confidence, overcome your fears and raise vital funds for Sense Scotland all at the same time.
Working with BLAZE Firewalking you can take part as an individual or as part of a large group (maybe with work colleagues or friends and family).
You’re welcome to bring a support team with you and cheer you on! Let’s face it, this is no small feat, you deserve to brag about it.
Fire walking is not about being in touch with one’s inner being or even mind over matter magic. The process of fire walking can be explained by simple physics. The magic part is when you make that life changing decision to walk on the fire.
There is a £20 registration fee and a sponsorhip target of £150 per person.
We’re here to support you with your fundraising. Sponsorship forms, advice, football cards, collection cans…whatever we can do to help we’ll certainly try.
