Clarion Club May Day Memorial Cycle Ride, Saturday 13 May, 2017
The May Day Cycle this year takes place on Saturday the 13th of May, leaving from Clydeside,
La Pasionaria Statue, Custom House Quay, Clyde Street at 9am, cycle to Paisley to attend the unveiling of memorial to those who fought in Spain from Renfrewshire..
The International Brigade Memorial Trust unveil a plaque in honour of those comrades from Renfrewshire who lost their lives as Volunteers in Spain 80 years ago. The event takes place at Renfrew Council Building in Cotton Street (opposite The Abbey) at 10.30 am. on Saturday 13th. May.
