ARC’s big screen for the final CinemARC of 2023 – Winter Lights. This special selection of short films will explore the scientific and cultural significance of light at this time of year, helping you see winter light (and darkness) in a new way.
“Daylight is precious at this time of year and in winter we often see our most magical skies and sunsets. Light has huge cultural significance too – connected to festivals, candles, tree-lights, fireworks and stars. But what is light? And why is it such an important symbol during the winter months?”
Expect some unique cinematic gems and films for all the family to enjoy. As the days grow darker, there’s no better place than the pictures!
