Starters
Roast plum tomato, red pepper and basil soup
Chicken liver parfait, spiced winter chutney, oatcakes
Hot smoked salmon, pickled cucumber, caper and dill dressing
Mains
Turkey breast with sage and onion stuffing, smoked pancetta, duck fat roast potatoes, creamed Brussel spouts, chestnuts and roast gravy
Roast salmon, creamed potatoes, marinated leeks, cauliflower and shellfish bisque
Vegetarian haggis, mixed mushroom wellington, roast potatoes and rosemary jus
Sweets
Spice date sponge, butterscotch sauce with vanilla ice cream
White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake with winter berry coulis and mint sauce
Warm Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, redcurrant and mint.
