The Kelvin also features a stunning and distinct event space, The Playhouse, ideal for parties, weddings, private dining, and ceilidhs. This unique and lovely venue features wonderful stained glass windows – part of the original church

THE PLAYHOUSE

Elegant event space with long wooden tables decorated with flowers and glassware, chandeliers and stained glass windows, soft lighting, and a fireplace with lit candles.

Featuring original vaulted ceiling, fairy light canopy, in-house PA and a floor to ceiling stained glass window.  The Playhouse has a capacity of 60 people and is ideal for larger parties, ceilidhs, conferences and formal or informal dining. The Playhouse is suited to live music or DJs, or alternatively you can provide a playlist. They have a selection of menu options to choose from or can create bespoke packages catered entirely to your taste.  To hire The Playhouse, charge is £350. To book
