Celtic Connections: Field Music with Tenement and Temple, Kelvingrove Art Gallery
Celtic Connections 2020
1 February, 2020 at 8 p.m.
Field Music
Having noted the “howling injustice” of Field Music’s bijou fanbase – despite prolific claims to playful art-pop perfection – a glowing Guardian review of 2018’s sixth album Open Here ruefully concludes, “Short of running naked through Sunderland, it’s hard to know what else they can do to alert a wider public.” Sparing the Brewis brothers’ modesty, however, non-stop transatlantic critical raves since 2005’s self-titled debut are now matched by spiralling popularity: catch them amid Kelvingrove’s splendour while you can.
Tenement & Temple

Support comes from Glaswegian duo Tenement & Temple, who have previously worked with Thrum, Belle and Sebastian, Snow Patrol and Shane McGowan.
The restaurant will be open for pre-theatre bookings from 6pm each night. Booking essential – contact glasgowmuseumshire@glasgowlife.org.uk or call 0141 276 9529 to reserve a table.
