The Walker children sail their boat, Swallow, to a nearby island for a camping trip where they soon become arch-enemies to the Blackett sisters, pirate crew of the good ship Amazon. When family friend, Uncle Jim, ends up in danger the two motley crews are forced to band together to find a way to help.
