Assigned as a military observer, Brian Steidle witnessed first hand the tragedy taking place in Darfur and the inaction by the international community. Infuriated with what he had witnessed, Steidle resigned and returned to the US determined to expose the situation.
This screening will be followed by a Q&A with Professor Mukesh Kapila CBE. Kapila was head of the UN in Sudan and decided he could no longer stand by. Screening in association with Interfaith Scotland, as part of Holocaust Memorial Day 2016 ‘Don’t Stand by’. All tickets £5
