Glasgow University Charity Zip Slide, Saturday 12th April 2014

Would you like to zoom across the River Clyde and raise funds for a good cause?  Then you can take part in the fifth University of Glasgow Charity Zip Slide and raise funds for the Beatson Pebble Appeal. No experience is necessary for the Zip Slide as full instruction will be given on the day by ALPS Outdoor. 

Entry fee is £40.00. 

Anyone can take part who is over 16 years of age.

Spaces are limited for the Zip Slide, so you will need to register quickly!

What is the Beatson Pebble Appeal?

The Beatson Pebble Appeal Campaign to raise £10 million to build the Beatson Translational Cancer Research Centre (TCRC) reached its target in 2012 and the new centre is now complete.  The aim of the ongoing appeal is to provide the most up-to-date facilities and equipment, to help attract world-class cancer research scientists to drive the vital work taking place in Glasgow.
