The Mackintosh Choir – Come and Try
Wednesday 21 August, 20234 – 6.40 p.m. – 8.40 p.m.
St John’s Renfield Church, 22 Beaconsfield Rd, Kelvindale, G12 0NY
Have you ever thought about joining a choir?
After their very successful Tango Mass concert, a number of people have applied to join The Mackintosh Choir.
If you’ve ever thought about joining a choir then this is an opportunity to ‘Come and Try”.
On the night, the choir’s MD, Au Arias (composer of the Tango Mass), will show the choir how to learn a new song from start to finish and they will perform this at the end of the rehearsal.

You don’t need to be able to read music or have any experience of singing in a choir and there will be no stress – just bring your enthusiasm. There will be a break in the middle of the rehearsal for a cuppa (and cake) so you can get to know choir members (a very friendly bunch) as well as newcomers.
