GFT
Friday 17–Thursday 23 July, 2015
Orphaned after his mother’s death in a car crash, 11-year-old Stet (Garrett Wareing) journeys from a small Texas town to a new life in an East Coast boarding school. He is angry with the world and everyone in it, but he also has the voice of an angel. Old school choirmaster Carvelle (Hoffman) demands the highest standard of discipline and dedication from his students, and is instantly at odds with Stet. However, music has a way of soothing even the most troubled souls. GFF15
