Silent Movie Extravaganza at Citizen M, Renfrew Street, 12 August, 2017

Part of Afternoon Tea Week
Join citizenM Glasgow on Saturday the 12th of August for a silent movie extravaganza featuring Glasgow’s iconic Gladstone’s Bag. This talented, flute-twiddling four-piece band play bewitching Victorian tunes to accompany their favourite classic films. In celebration of Afternoon Tea week in the UK, they will be rolling out all-time greats, featuring introductory shorts from The Wizard of Oz followed by a screening of Alice in Wonderland, based on the opium-spiked tale by Lewis Carroll. Afternoon delights will include hand-crafted tipples infused with Jing Tea’s finest brews sweet treats from Glasgow’s Big Bear Bakery.
12 August, 2017 – 4pm till 6pm

Dress Code: formal, informal, tartan or tiaras. Whatever takes your fancy.
