As part of 150th anniversary celebrations, Partick Thistle supporters , an everyone, are invited to visit a special exhibition at Maryhill Burgh Halls, showcasing a remarkable collection of artefacts from throughout the club’s history.
Organised by the Partick Thistle Heritage Committee, the exhibition will run until 24th July, providing a unique opportunity to explore 150 years of Jags history through a fascinating range of trophies, medals, memorabilia and historical displays.

Among the many items on display are the Yoker Cup from 1883, one of the earliest trophies associated with the club, a 1909 match ball, the Summer Cup won in 1945, the Dental Cup from 1928 and the Tennents Sixes Trophy lifted in 1993. Visitors can also view a range of medals commemorating significant achievements throughout the club’s history, including Glasgow Cup, Charity Cup and league championship successes.
These items help tell the story of Partick Thistle’s journey from its formation in 1876 through to the modern day, celebrating the players, supporters and achievements that have shaped the club over the past century and a half.
Whether you are a lifelong Jag or simply interested in learning more about the rich history of one of Scotland’s most historic football clubs, this exhibition is not to be missed.
