Chicken tikka with a mixture of spiced vegetables

Potato and spinach stuffed in a rice and lentil pancake

GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI FISH PAKORA
Haddock marinated with crushed green chillies and root ginger, then made into pakoras

SPICED HADDOCK WITH TOMATOES AND OLIVES
Haddock marinated with lemon, green chillies, masala and topped with tomatoes and olives

TRIO OF VEGETARIAN PAKORA
A mixture of aubergine, cauliflower and brocolli with spiced gram flour

KING PRAWN WITH SPINACH LEAF
King prawn cooked with garlic, cumin, nutmeg and spinach leaf

CHICKEN TIKKA
Chicken marinated then barbequed and served with rice and salad

CHICKEN TIKKA CHASNI Tikka cooked in a sweet cream sauce
