Sliding Scale Payment Screening and Glasgow Film Club 20 August
Please note screening on Wednesday 20 August at 5.50pm will be a sliding scale payment screening followed by Glasgow Film Club — a monthly club to come and chat about film.
Glasgow Film Club takes place after GFT Sliding Scale Screening (choose from paying £0, £2, £4, £6, £8, £10). Anyone who has seen the film, no matter what screening they go to, is welcome at Glasgow Film Club. It is a place for our audience to socialise and explore films in a way that is meaningful to them.
Meet Community Engagement Coordinator, Nicola Scott, in the GFT Foyer after the screening ends at 8.06pm and walk together to Garnethill Multicultural Centre, which is less than a five minute walk from GFT. This venue has stairs at the front of the building and level access from the rear of the building. The room and facilities are all on one level, including an accessible toilet.
You can expect:
· A welcoming, relaxed environment
· A casual club feel rather than a formal discussion group
· Refreshments provided
· No need to sign up — just come on the day
· Everyone is welcome to come and chat about the film
· Glasgow Film Club is free to attend
