Jo’s flexible fitness sessions – bring the kids

The sessions will take place in local parks near Glasgow: For example, Dalmuir Park and Kilbarchan.
Details of weekly sessions will be posted on Jo’s Facebook Page
No need to book – just turn up.
You will be fully responsible for your own children during the session
You will need to bring weather suitable clothing for you and your children
bring water and a towel and a toy or ball for your little ones
No contract just pay as you go £2 each class
No level of fitness needed as you will work at your own pace
