Glasgow: Global Day of Action for Climate Justice

World leaders are meeting in Glasgow in November at the global climate talks, COP26. There will be decentralised mass mobilisations across the world, bringing together movements to build power for system change – from indigenous struggles to trade unions, from racial justice groups to youth strikers and community activists for climate change.

On 6 November 2021, as world leaders meet in Glasgow for the COP26 Global Climate Summit, towns and cities across the world will take to the streets demanding global climate justice.
Glasgow Route
For the Glasgow march, you can view the route on Google Maps here. The march is assembling at Kelvingrove Park and marching to Glasgow Green for a rally.

Woodlands Community staff and volunteers will be attending the march. If you wish to join us then please assemble at 11.45am at our Events Terrace ready to head for Kelvingrove Park for 12 midday.
