DOCMA DocKlub, CCA

CCA
DocKlub: Scotland’s Collective of Documentary Filmmakers. Come along and meet your doc peers, share works-in-progress, watch films & make docs together.
Established in Edinburgh in 2015, DocKlub has hosted dozens of filmmakers screening their works-in-progress. These have included directors from around Scotland, presenting in person, as well as Skype sessions with filmmakers from New York, LA, Paris and Rome.
Whether you have a micro-short or feature doc, exploratory pitch or fine cut, you can come to DocKlub and find a sympathetic test audience ready for critical discussion.
In 2016, DocKlub started something called DOCMA – a collaborative filmmaking game allowing members to make a short film together every month. DOCMA has been a huge success, with an ever growing archive of films, and is officially launching in May 2019 to participants across the world (Launch Event: 2nd May, CCA Cinema). Come and make a DOCMA film with us!
DocKlub meets at CCA every month. If you have work-in-progress you’d like to share, get in touch: docklubdocs@gmail.com
