Renowned as the UK’s top festival for Japanese animation, Scotland Loves Anime returns for its fifth year at GFT with a brilliant line-up including Scottish, UK and European premieres. This year pays particular attention to science fiction, video games and a focus on the world famous Studio Bones. Special guests include the director of Giovanni’s Island, Mizuho Nishikubo, who will participate in a Q&A sessions following the screening on Sunday 12 October.
