CinemaAttic promote and distribute independent Spanish and Latin-American cinema in the UK through immersive cinema experiences and networking events.
Resistencia! For their May event, CinemaAttic strikes again with a programme in social and political issues.
This evening’s programme presents six shorts, with a high presence of documentary film and political concerns, touching on subjects including mental health, LGBT, migration, environmental issues, colonialism and revolution. Documentary plays a crucial role in framing political stories, but CinemaAttic will also demonstrate that fiction and even comedy films can also showcase a better society, and start a political fire.
