GFT
14 – 27 October, 2016
Acclaimed visionary filmmaker Andrea Arnold (Fish Tank, Red Road) returns to the big screen with her first film set in America. Star, a teenage girl from a troubled home, runs away with a traveling magazine sales crew. Finding her feet in this gang of teenagers driving through the American Midwest, she gets caught up in a whirlwind of hard-partying nights, law bending days and young love. American Honey is a visually stunning and deeply moving road movie that presents a fresh take on the American teenage experience.
