International Buffet to Celebrate St Andrew’s Day
G20 Youthis excited to be hosting an International Buffet to celebrate St Andrew’s Day next Saturday afternoon. The event will be bringing together our diverse and vibrant community here in the Wyndford.
Whether you’re newly arrived in Scotland or have lived here for years, you are very welcome to ccome along. Enjoy samples of traditional Scottish dishes, and people are invited to bring a dish from their own culture if they can.
This will be a brilliant opportunity to share food, stories, ideas, connect with neighbours and celebrate the many cultures that make Wyndford community so special.
Cost shouldn’t be a barrier, if you’d like to contribute a dish but need support with ingredients, G20Youth are more than happy to help.
A huge thank you to Central Maryhill Community Council for their support. Thank you to Glasgow Folk Music Workshop for providing Scottish music at the event.
Hope to see you there!
Free and open to everyone.
