Artie’s Singing Kettle at Cottiers
8 January, 2023
Performances at 11.30am and 1.30pm and will last one hour.
Cottiers, 93 – 95 Hyndland Street, Glasgow G11 5PU
The original Singing Kettles have been polished up for a brand New Year of touring.
The show’s founder, Artie, will be celebrating the huge success of his one-man show with a return to Glasgow’s West End.
Artie can’t wait to start his 2023 season in the city. “I’ve always loved playing in Glasgow. The audience know how to enjoy themselves (even from an early age) and there’s no need to teach choruses – folk know them better than I do!”
And the songs? Singing Kettle favourites all the way. “Boa Constrictor”, “Irish Sea”, “Bunny Fou Fou” and, of course, the most popular of all the Singing Kettle repertoire, “Ye Cannae Shove Yer Granny Aff the Bus” are all likely to feature.
Nostalgia for adults and great fun for kids!!!
