Blue: Joni Mitchell Review with Linda Jaxson Trio
Saturday, 11 December, 2021, 7.30 p.m.
At Webster’s Playhouse, 416 Great Western Rd, Glasgow G4 9HZ
The Linda Jaxson Trio enjoyed a really successful night in Webster’s in October and Linda will be back in the Playhouse with her Joni Mitchell Review on Saturday, December 11th.
Linda describes herself as a Joni Mitchell ‘devotee’.
‘I went to see her in Wembley as a young teenager after spending hours with the Blue album. My biggest influence, for sure.’
She is delighted to be doing this review alongside guitarist, Mike Bryan and piano player, Steve Reilly.
It is a delicate thing indeed to take on a Joni Mitchell song. ‘Pure poetry’
Linda’s special guest for the evening is singer, Frank O’Hagan, a captivating songwriter.
Doors open 7pm.
