The undisputed queen of funk, CHAKA KHAN, will perform live with full band at the iconic Kelvingrove Bandstand as part of the West End Festival 2017 Opening Party!
Chaka Khan’s career has spanned five decades, selling millions of records as a solo artist and as part of Rufus. Widely known as the Queen of Funk, Khan has won ten Grammys and her records have gone gold and platinum across the globe.

The countdown is on to the start of another incredible West End Festival which takes place in a variety of venues throught the west end of Glasgow between Friday 2nd & Sunday 25th June.
The West End Festival Opening Party will take place on Saturday 3rd June & Sunday 4th June at Kelvingrove Bandstand featuring some of the west ends favourite DJ’s & UK’s best live acts to help kick off the opening party in style.
