Former member of Horslips & Moving Hearts, producer and musical director for internationally acclaimed Irish songstresses Mary & Francis Black and musical partner for over 30yrs of Christy Moore. Outstanding singer songwriter. Declan is just about to release his second solo album on major label Warner Classics. The guy is music royalty in Ireland.
