Hillhead Beer and Food Festival
Friday 14 August, 2026 (1500 – 2200)
and Saturday 15 August (1200 – 2200)
Hillhead Sports Club, 32 Hughenden Road, Glasgow G12 9XP.
Hillhead Sports Club and the associated sports club (rugby, cricket, tennis and ultimate frisbee) are hosting Hillhead Beer and Food Festival in Glasgow’s West End.
There will be abulous breweries including: Williams Bros, Dookit, Two Towns Down and Overtone, as well as the wonderful Old Back Row gin and a prosecco bar. On offer will be a great selection of food options, from barbecue to pizza to waffles.
The event is family (and dog) friendly with a range of entertainment planned and kids under 18 go free!

Getting there
The sports club is easy to find just off Great Western Road and Hyndland Road. It is well served by public transport with the 6/6A, 11A, 141, 15, M4, and 4 buses all stopping within a 5 minute walk. Hyndland train station is a 10 minute walk and Hillhead and Kelvinhall subway stations are 20 minutes away. Parking is very limited so we recommend getting public transport.
The weather looks fantastic for both days so bring along blankets or collapsable seats and enjoy the club’s large green space. Their 2XI cricket team are also playing on the Saturday so you can watch some live community sport.
Tickets
You can buy tickets for £15 on the day at the gate when you arrive, or they can bought in advance at Eventbrite or check out the Hillhead Sports Club social media.
