University of Glasgow Research Project into Healthy Ageing – Participants Sought
Research project looking at new health supplement for healthy ageing
Are you an adult over the age of 60? Would you be interested in a study looking at the effects of nutrition and exercise on muscle?
The University of Glasgow is running a study looking at the effects of a new supplement made from Krill on muscle following exercise to see if it can help with healthy ageing.
Taking part would require three visits to the University of Glasgow campus and will involve:
• Taking a supplement every day for 8 weeks
• Providing muscle, blood and saliva samples
• Performing resistance exercise
