Group Classes
Small group classes allow you to practice the Pilates method in a fun and dynamic way with like-minded people. You will work through many of the classical Pilates exercises with lots of variations and sometimes the use of small props.
Beginners, Intermediate and One to One Classes
Classes are a 1 hour full body workout to strengthen, stretch and mobilise your body from head to toe. Small props will be used sometimes for extra challenge.
£15 per lesson (£12.50 for students)
You can drop in or book block course or take out annual membership.
Private 1:1 Lessons and Duets 2:1
This gives you the opportunity to work with me privately to achieve your own goals. I would plan each lesson to your specific needs based on what I have observed in your movement and what you are looking to gain.
