Nino at GFT
19 – 25 June, 2026
It’s the eve of Nino’s 29th birthday when he is diagnosed with cancer. Told by his doctor that he has three days before his treatment begins and, having also lost the keys to his apartment, he embarks on an odyssey across Paris. Pauline Loquès’ sensitive debut feature mixes humour and poignancy as Nino reconnects with family and friends while he tries to tell them about his diagnosis. Along the way he has unexpected encounters with strangers while re-evaluating his life and considering what the future may hold. Théodore Pellerin’s subtle and moving performance anchors Loquès’ affecting and non-sentimental character-driven drama.
French with English subtitles.
