Night Idiot – A Play, A Pie and A Pint

31 March – 5 April, 2025
Monday – Saturday 1pm
(Doors 12pm/12.30pm on Mondays)
OranMor, Top of Byres Road, Glasgow G12 8QX
A darkly comedic by Zoe Bullock, a rip-roaring theatrical ride about one woman’s quest for impossible answers.
Dani has it all. Great job, new flat, perfect boyfriend Paul…until one morning, she wakes up to find he’s disappeared. No note, no explanation.
Forced into an uneasy alliance with her pressure-cooker mother-in-law, Dani searches for Paul. But she can’t help but obsess over all the reasons why he might have vanished, as she relives the night before he disappeared over, and over, and over again.
Zoë Bullock will be starring in the play alongside Andrew Barrett and Pauline Lynch, who both have strong ‘Trainspotting’ connections having starred in the live stage show and the films respectively.
It will be directed by Shilpa T-Hyland, whose previous directorial credits for us include ‘The Guns of Johnny Diablo’ and ‘The Prognostications of Mikey Noyce’.
See , on stage at Òran Mór from 31 March – 5 April and on tour at Traverse Theatre and The Lemon Tree.
