What is the cost of producing beauty? In Love, Women and Flowers Marta Rodríguez explores this question by taking an unflinching look at the toxicity within the flower industry in Colombia, largely occupied by women workers and fuelled by western demand. Turning her camera to document the abhorrent working conditions, Rodríguez exposes the health and environmental ramifications the women are facing on a daily basis.
