Christmas Evil (1980) – screening Old Hairdresser’s

13 December, 2021 at 7 p.m.
The Old Hairdresser’s, Renfield Lane, G2 5AR
It would be unfair to lump Christmas Evil together with the likes of Silent Night, Bloody Night. Christmas Evil, In fact is not a slasher film by any stretch. It’s less a blood-soaked parade of slaughtered teenagers than a horror-drenched character study about a christmas-obsessed man of principle who is pushed past the breaking point.
So come along for a rare screening of an extremely underrated Christmas Horror Film, which is essentially the Taxi Driver of holiday films.
