John Cairney: actor and artist – this exhibition brings together Cairney’s work inspired by Mackintosh.  In more than fifty years as an artist, John has worked as an actor, recitalist, lecturer, director and theatre consultant. He is also a published author and an exhibited painter – and it is Cairney’s paintings relating to the life of Charles Rennie Mackintosh which will be displayed at the lovely Queen’s Cross building in Maryhill which Mackintosh designed.www.westendfestival.co.ukwest end festival logo no date
