Being in a Place: A Portrait of Margaret Tait 35 mm + Q & A
Tuesday 12 December, 2023, 6.20pm
Drawing on a wealth of unseen archival material, Luke Fowler’s new feature film focuses on Margaret Tait, one of Scotland’s most enigmatic filmmakers. Taking one of Tait’s unrealised scripts as its starting point, it considers Tait’s life and work grounded within the landscape of Orkney.
Special screening will be followed by a Q&A with Luke Fowler.
