Major New Scottish Folk Musical Ballad Lines To Release All-Star Album Plus Glasgow Launch Concert Event
Cottiers, 93-95 Hyndland St, Glasgow G11 5PU
The brand new recordings feature an all-star cast of guest artists including Glasgow-based Gaelic Singer of the Year Kim Carnie, JUNO Award-winning banjo player Kaia Kater and four-time BBC Alba Scots Singer of the Year Siobhan Miller alongside top musical theatre talent including Olivier Award-winner Rebecca Trehearn and CATS Award-winner Kirsty Findlay.

Album Launch – Monday 15th September, 2025
The album will be launched with a special one-off live concert at Cottiers in Glasgow featuring artists from the album.
Featuring original songs alongside re-imagined traditional Scottish and Appalachian ballads, Ballad Lines is conceived by acclaimed Glasgow-based songwriter Finn Anderson and theatre director Tania Azevedo.
