Tilka Documentary plus Q & A, Civic House Glasgow

TILKA is an an intimate portrait of five women who meet to create an original play amid Lebanon’s collapse. The film weaves together each woman’s individual story with a collective narrative of displacement, motherhood and hope told through the play. It is Seenaryo’s debut documentary, directed by Myriam Geagea.
Director Myriam Geagea describes the film as “a testament to the transformative power of art and self-expression.”
