Eusebi’s Kilimanjaro Challenge JustGiving page
Eusebi’s General Manager Michael Prior and Nico ,Giovanna Eusebi’s son, will be joining an expedition led by Andrew Fairlie’s brother Jim Fairlie MSP. They will follow in Andrews footsteps who in 2011 prepared the worlds highest Burns supper at the top of Kilimanjaro to raise funds for The Andrew Farlie Scholarship – Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland and Cornhill Macmillan Hospice
Every penny raised through Eusebi’s JustGiving page will go towards Andrew Fairlie scholarship and Cornhill Macmillan Hospice where Andrew spent his last weeks.(Andrew Fairlie died in January, 2019 aged 55)
Andrew was not just an incredible talent but generous in giving back to the industry . His scholarship is recognition of his significant and lasting contribution to the hospitality industry. It recognises 2 outstanding individuals -one male one female – with a once in a lifetime opportunities.

The money raised will also provide tangible benefits to the nursing staff who give so much to their patients and families . Any amount you can donate would be very much appreciated. Michael and Nico thank you in advance.
Please donate, all donations welcome, however small. Eusebi’s Kilimanjaro Challenge JustGiving page
