This uplifting documentary tells the story of G-Voice, Korea’s first gay chorus. Charting the up and downs of members lives, loves and back stage dramas, director Lee Dong-ha succeeds in giving an insight into gay life in Korea. Weekends combines musical footage with showing the growing confidence of the group as they support each not only other in their personal lives but to sing out against homophobia and other social injustices…guaranteed to make you want to join a chorus group!
