Cirque Berserk! Real Circus Made For Theatre, King’s Theatre Glasgow Friday 22 – Sunday 24 January 2016

King’s Theatre
22 – 24 January, 2016
Direct from five sold-out seasons in London’s Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, and from two packed-out theatre tours, Britain’s favourite contemporary thrill circus is setting out to thrill and entertain the nation once again. Back by popular demand Cirque Berserk! returns to the King’s Theatre Glasgow for 3 days only.
Showcasing the finest in traditional circus thrills and skills, Cirque Berserk! brings this treasured form of live entertainment bang up-to-date in a jaw-dropping spectacular – created especially for the theatre.
Combining contemporary cirque-style artistry with adrenaline-fuelled stunt action, this astoundingly talented international troupe includes over thirty jugglers, acrobats, aerialists, dancers, drummers, death-defying stunt men and of course the award-winning comic performer, Tweedy. (“The best Clown I have ever seen” – The Guardian).
Presenting the world’s most dangerous circus act, the legendary Globe of Terror, with 3 motorcyclists speeding at over 60mph inside a steel cage (“off the scale awesome” – Daily Telegraph).
Combining contemporary “cirque” style skills with off-the-scale thrilling stunt action, Cirque Berserk! is a danger-filled spectacle that will amaze audiences of all ages.
