Dirty Harry GFT, Rose Street Sunday 15 June Special screening for Father’s Day
Dirty Harry15
Harry Callahan is a San Francisco Police Inspector who will stop at nothing to bring his own unique brand of justice to a series of killings taking place across the city, perpetuated by a man calling himself ‘Scorpio’ (based on the true life ‘Zodiac Killer’). Clint Eastwood had already perfected the gruff, stoic loner with his work in westerns before bringing this inimitable style to the mean streets of 1970s USA. A special Father’s Day screening of this all-time classic, featuring a classic score by Lalo Schifrin.
